Household Hub is an offline-first application. Everything you enter — bills, renewal dates, providers, costs, documents and notes — is stored locally on your own device. It is never uploaded to us, never sent to a server, and never shared with any third party. We have no access to it whatsoever.
Because the app runs locally, we do not collect, store, or process any of your household information. The only personal data we ever handle relates to purchasing a licence:
We use the email address associated with your purchase solely to deliver your licence, send your download link, and respond to any support enquiries you raise. We do not send marketing emails and we do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
This website does not use tracking cookies or invasive analytics. Any third-party scripts (such as the PayPal checkout) are used only to process a payment when you choose to buy.

Household Hub is sold as a one-time purchase of £14.99 for a lifetime licence. This grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on your own devices for your own household use.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal and, where purchased through Etsy, by Etsy. Your licence and download link are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
Household Hub is provided by Foundry Labs. All intellectual property rights in the app remain with us. Your purchase grants a licence to use the software, not ownership of it.
Household Hub is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it reliable, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because your data is stored locally on your own device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
